I have been part of Intercoiffure for the past two decades, and throughout that time I have seen the incredible opportunities our organisation can create for both established professionals and the next generation of hairdressers.
I am proud to serve as a Global Board Member for Fondation Guillaume, where our focus is on supporting and mentoring young people within the Intercoiffure community and helping them discover the possibilities a creative career in hairdressing can offer.
For me, mentoring the next generation is about more than developing technical and creative skills. It is about providing encouragement, guidance and opportunities, helping young hairdressers build confidence in their abilities and supporting them as they develop their own creative career path.
Through Fondation Guillaume and Intercoiffure, I am committed to helping emerging talent connect with our industry, learn from experienced professionals and see just how many possibilities a career in hairdressing can provide.
