Dario Cotroneo is a multi-award-winning hairdresser with more than 32 years of industry experience and was inducted into the AHIA Hall of Fame in 2022. Renowned for his elite dry cutting skills, street-inspired creativity, and holistic approach to hairdressing, Dario is celebrated for creating strong, modern looks that still retain beauty, harmony, and sensitivity. His work focuses on balancing face shape and bone structure to enhance each client’s natural beauty and individuality. About Ezra
With more than four decades in the industry, Ezra is an accomplished hairstylist, salon owner and international educator. Beginning his apprenticeship at Salon Emile in 1977, he went on to earn a Master’s Certificate in Hairdressing and undertake advanced international education, including training with Vivienne Mackinder in New York.

A longstanding leader within Intercoiffure, Ezra served as President of Intercoiffure South Africa from 2016–2019 and is currently Vice-President of Intercoiffure South Africa and Fashion Director for the Oceania Region. Ezra also contributes to the international Intercoiffure Mondial Fashion Team and its global creative collections.

Education and mentorship have remained central to Ezra’s career. In 2016, Ezra helped introduce Intercoiffure Mondial’s Education for Life hairdressing program to Christel House South Africa, creating pathways into professional hairdressing for young people from underserved communities.

A longtime Global Artist for Intercoiffure and Matrix, Mat has represented Australian hairdressing on stages throughout Asia, Europe, South Africa and the United States. His work combines strong technical foundations with a bold, fashion-led approach to hair.
