Joakim Roos is an internationally respected master educator, creative strategist, and industry visionary whose influence on global hairdressing spans more than three decades. Beginning his career at an early age, Joakim has built an extraordinary reputation through award-winning artistry, education leadership, and international competition success, earning accolades including multiple championship gold medals, the prestigious European Hairdressing Oscar, and Global Educator honours from Intercoiffure Mondial. A longtime leader within Pivot Point International, he helped establish 45 schools across Asia and has developed education systems, licensing programmes, and creative platforms impacting hundreds of salons and professionals worldwide. Known for pushing creative boundaries while elevating education standards, Joakim continues to inspire hairdressers globally through his work in trend forecasting, mentorship, and international education.
Yolly ten Koppel is an internationally acclaimed hair artist, educator, and creative director whose career has spanned more than 25 years across over 60 countries. As Global Artistic Director for Pivot Point International and Creative Director for one of the Netherlands’ leading 100+ salon groups, Yolly is renowned for blending couture-inspired creativity with real-world salon expertise. A multiple award-winning educator and platform artist, she has worked across fashion weeks, television, editorial, and global stage events, earning recognition including the prestigious L.E.O. Award, three-time U.S. Educator of the Year, two ABBIE Awards, and Hairdresser of the Year in The Netherlands. Known for her fearless innovation, technical mastery, and inspiring stage presence, Yolly continues to shape and influence the future of global hairdressing education.
