Project-Based Learning & Showcased Results
Guillaume participants are mentored through individual, project-based learning, technical learning, creative development in a team environment. Designed to inspire stylists and strengthen professional excellence, presented by feature guest artists.

Each journey follows a clear structure: a beginning (brief and discovery), a middle (developing new skills), and a reveal (showcasing their work).

Outcomes may include virtual presentations, small group demonstrations, workshop-style classes, main stage or runway presentations, and photoshoots.

Bringing artists together to connect and create
Open to all members, these events unite our national and global community, sparking creativity, building meaningful connections, and celebrating the craft of hairdressing.

We bring education that changes lives
These initiatives connect our best-in-class Intercoiffure talent with underprivileged and at-risk youth. By providing free hairdressing education, we equip young people with real skills, confidence, and a pathway out of poverty, crime, and exploitation.

Our Member Meetings are open to all paid members, providing a space to connect with peers, share best practices, vote on initiatives that support members and their salons, and hear from guest speakers and industry partners.

Due to its strong and active member base WA currently hosts most of the regular Member Meetings.

National Meetings bring Intercoiffure members together from across Australia to collaborate on the future of the organisation, attend education and industry presentations, and participate in national discussions, planning, and the October Annual General Meeting (AGM).
